The location is excellent, right by the metro station (it's just one stop from the central station). The staff let me check in early and were very friendly. I found the staff cute and helpful . The room had everything I needed and I found it lovely and clean.

The stairs were quite steep, especially with luggage.

The reception staff offered coffee and tea 24/7, a great perk. The staff was helpful, arranged a surprise in our room when we returned. I appreciated their attention (the small details matter!).

I appreciated the perfect location NEAR a tram stop. It's on the Main Street. I found my room cheap for this location and the staff very helpful. the room was clean. The value was high.

The stairs WERE narrow. This proved challenging with luggage.

the location is AMAZING. it is a short walk to Dam Square. Rembrantplein is also close, great for easy access to restaurants. It is easy to reach central station from the hotel, very convenient.

There is luggage storage available after checkout at 11am. I liked that coffee was available at reception, it's free. Radiator were available for heating. These added benefits.
